Stamping
and Progressive Stamping:
Our tooling costs are typically 1/4 – 1/2 of the cost of US based
tooling! We make compound/line dies, progressive dies, transfer dies,
coining stations, and then we stamp out the finished parts. Press tonnage
is available from 25 to 120 tons. Tolerances of +/-.001” are maintainable
for some features. Component sizes in our expertise are from miniature
to hand-sized. |
