We produce a wide variety of blades, scissors, components for endoscopic minimally invasive surgical instruments, safety tip protectors for IV catheters or other injections, and special needles for diabetic and dental use.

INTAI has it’s own brand, the enSAFE Safety Syringe line of products. Our exclusive technology features automatic needle retraction, bringing simplicity, performance and value to the hypodermic needle marketplace. The patented, state-of-the-art needle retraction design requires little change to injection technique, and virtually eliminates exposure time.

We have a class 100,000 clean room for plastic injection and insert molding. Some components from the manufacturing process are handled robotically. The medical assembly and packaging area is a class 10,000 clean room. All products are sterilized by ethylene oxide gas with monitoring of biological and chemical indicators.
